Shipping policy
1. Order Changes: Once your Holodazzle order has shipped, we are unable to modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or the items included in your order after it has been dispatched.
2. Verify Your Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Holodazzle cannot replace or refund orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: Once your Holodazzle order has shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
4. Refund Policy: Holodazzle does not issue refunds for orders that have been marked as “Delivered.” If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
5. Tracking Numbers: You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place your order. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to be validated by the carrier.
6. Return Shipping Costs: If you need to return an item to Holodazzle, please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. We will, however, provide a return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
